My name is Monique and with 20 years of experience in personal training and coaching, I know how to develop customized programs designed to improve your balance and reduce your fall risk.
My focus is on helping you regain confidence in your body, so that you can continue to live your life without worrying about wobbling.

Your journey to better balance starts with a conversation about your goals and desires. Upon completion of a few brief questionnaires in your password protected portal on my website, we will meet via zoom for a comprehensive balance, postural, strength & flexibility assessment.
I will gather all the information and create a custom program consisting of corrective stretches, mobilizations and resistance training. You will receive an easy-to-follow detailed description of your program, including video clips of each of your prescribed exercises.

Every woman at every age can gain strength and flexibility. The key is finding which areas need fine-tuning so that you can continue to live an active life style.

My coaching program is designed to help you regain confidence in your body’s abilities and recover from the stress surrounding a diagnosis of osteoporosis.
The first aspect is building calm – this is where we'll address anxiety and the fear that your body is falling apart.
The second is building strength – through both physical and mental habits that help you deal with the challenges of life with a chronic condition while prioritizing a healthy lifestyle.
And the third is building resilience, because you want to have strong bones and good health while you live a full life, as well as the underlying healthy habits that will help you rebound from the frustration and challenges that life will throw at you at some point in the future.
