8 WEEKS TO BETTER BALANCE!
AN INTENSIVE AND CUSTOMIZED FALL PREVENTION PROGRAM BASED ON YOUR INDIVIDUAL GOALS AND CHALLENGES
- Includes 3 assessments of your balance, strength and flexibility. One 75 minutes session at the start of the program and two 60 minutes sessions in weeks 4 and 8 to track your progress.
- A customized balance training program, based on your goals, health history, the assessments and our conversations. The programs will be updated as needed to reflect your progress throughout the program.
- Thirteen 60 minutes private training sessions.
- All sessions will be held via Zoom at a mutually agreed upon time and day, ideally twice per week for a period of 8 weeks.
- Through a private portal on my website you will have access to your exercise prescriptions, step by step videos and session logs for the duration of the program.
