Your 4-month program includes:

  • Four 45-minute coaching sessions during the first month: in months 2, 3 and 4 we will meet twice per month. Meetings can take place over the phone or via Zoom.
  • Exercise recommendations based on your goals and focused on strengthening your bones.
  • E-mail or text support between sessions.
  • Informative handouts or recipes with each session.
  • My personal commitment to your health and success.
