Health Coaching provides a safe space to share your health concerns, personal goals, and aspirations
- Implement lifestyle and behavior changes that will lead you towards your health and wellness goals.

- Engage in self-reflection and improve confidence.
Your 4-month program includes:
- Four 45-minute coaching sessions during the first month: in months 2, 3 and 4 we will meet twice per month. Meetings can take place over the phone or via Zoom.
- Exercise recommendations based on your goals and focused on strengthening your bones.
- E-mail or text support between sessions.
- Informative handouts or recipes with each session.
- My personal commitment to your health and success.
