AN 8-WEEK INTENSIVE STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY PROGRAM FOCUSSED ON YOUR SPECIFIC GOALS, NEEDS AND CHALLENGES
- Includes 3 assessments of your strength, flexibility and mobility. One 75-minutes session at the start of the program and two 60-minutes sessions in weeks 4 and 8 to track your progress.
- I will create a customized strength and flexibility program for you, based on your goals and challenges, health history, and our assessments. The program will be updated as needed to reflect your progress during our time working together.
- All 60 minute sessions will be held via Zoom at a mutually agreed upon time and day, ideally 2x per week for 8 weeks.
- Through a private portal on my website you will have access to your stretching and exercise prescriptions, step by step videos and session logs for the duration of the program.
